Quan An Ngon is situated right in the middle of the walking district. It was a timely find since we left the hotel at 10:30, saw the HCM Museum, and then found out that the entire town (except lunch places) closes for lunch. Our dining experience started our a bit rough - no one spoke English and the menu was predominantly in Vietnamese. One waitress spoke a bit of English, so we asked for her recommendations by pointing at the menu. It was more food than we thought we ordered, but we were hungrier than we thought and it worked out well.
Still not quite sure, but we think it was a mix of noodle stir fry with veg and chicken, chicken spring roll, bbq pork ribs, chicken satay, and some other deliciousness. Pics!
